Dr. Zhang's Clinic performs all routine non-emergency services during scheduled office hours and on an appointment basis only. In the event of an emergency, please call 911 or contact the nearest emergency room as soon as possible. When in doubt, it is always safest to call!
New Patient Information
Thank you for making an appointment with our clinic. Your first appointment will usually be 60 to 90 minutes. Please bring your insurance card or any other necessary billing and medical information with you. We will need you to fill out new patient forms before treatment. Or you can download the new patient forms here and fill in the forms before you come.
